Healcyon comes from the Halcyon, which is a a mythical bird said by ancient writers to breed in a nest floating at sea at the winter solstice, charming the wind and waves into calm. Halcyon also refers to paradise, which is why Healcyon is dedicated to creating sacred space in which facilitates healing on all levels.
